What is the Trade Vision.com return policy?
Most products purchased from Trade Vision.com may be returned to a store within 30 days of purchase date and must be accompanied by the original receipt or Order number. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed on all Trade Vision brand products! If you are not completely satisfied, return the unused portion to a local Trade Vision store and we will refund the full price including shipping.
Trade Vision reserves the right to limit or refuse returns or exchanges, including if the return is a potential health or safety risk, violates or abuses the return policy, or involves any fraudulent activity. Trade Vision reserves the right to modify its return policy at any time.
How can I return my online product order?
Orders placed via Trade Vision.com or Trade Vision App should be returned to a store. Restrictions apply, see the return policy.
Bring the product, along with the receipt or order number, and payment method (if applicable) to any Trade Vision store within 30 days of purchase date for immediate credit to your credit card account or by cash if you paid via check or PayPal. Taxes will be refunded at your local rate. Products returned without a receipt or order number are subject to the approval of store management and will be refunded as a gift card. If you do not have the original receipt, please check your online account, under Product Purchase History to find your order number and details
